St. Augustine,
Florida

I’ve called St. Augustine home since 2012, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. My wife, Maddie, and I live just a few blocks from the beach on Anastasia Island, soaking up the coastal lifestyle that makes this place so special, from sunrise surf sessions to evenings on the water with friends.

Whether you’re drawn to the charm of historic downtown, the award-winning beaches, or the endless outdoor activities like boating, fishing, and paddleboarding, St. Augustine really does have something for everyone.

A few of my favorite local highlights:

  • Downtown St. Aug: Cobblestone streets, live music, and amazing food, especially magical during Nights of Lights.

  • The Beaches: From Vilano to Crescent, every stretch has its own vibe, perfect for surfing, relaxing, or a beach bike ride.

  • The Intracoastal: My go-to spot for fishing and catching sunsets.

  • Outdoor Lifestyle: Kayaking, golfing at Marsh Creek, or just cruising around the island, it’s all part of daily life here.

  • Community Feel: Friendly neighbors, great schools, and that small-town warmth that makes St. Augustine feel like home.
